"I was on a road trip with my family when my transmission went out. We were stuck on the side if he interstate, on a Saturday. Road side assistance was more than 2 hours away. Alvey's was called and was on scene in 15 minutes. Ricky (the owner) showed up himself in a second truck to help get my 2 young kids, my wife, and myself off the side of the interstate. Not only was he quick with getting us out of there, he also allowed us to stay at his shop while we figured out our next steps. He was showing my kids around the shop and the different trucks they had while I was making phone calls. He even let my son play with some toys in the shop. Not only were these guys efficient and professional, they treated us like a member of their own family. Even going above and beyond to get my car where it needed to go after the fact. Everyone we came in contact with at the shop couldn't have been nicer. Wish these guys were local to me because I would use them, and only them for anything I needed car related."
